Julian N. Schwartz is a partner at Bashara Schwartz, PLLC whose practice focuses on collaborative family law, divorce, modifications of prior court orders affecting children, and premarital and postmarital agreements; he also represents gestational carriers entering into surrogacy agreements. He is a Credentialed Collaborative Professional with Collaborative Divorce Texas, a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, and a Fellow of the College of the State Bar of Texas. In 2006 he helped found Collaborative Divorce San Antonio and served as its first president, and he served on the Collaborative Divorce Texas Board of Trustees from 2007 to 2015, including as its President in 2012. He is a former Lieutenant Commander in the United States Navy.
