Jason M. Milam grew up in San Antonio and earned his undergraduate degree from Baylor University in 2005, graduating magna cum laude as part of the University Scholars program with majors in Classical Languages and Philosophy. He earned a full-tuition scholarship to Baylor Law School, graduating in 2013 with a concentration in criminal law. Since 2013 he has represented hundreds of Central Texans in criminal, DWI, divorce, custody, and personal injury matters. He served as President of the McLennan County Defense Lawyers Association from 2016 to 2020 and sits on the Board of Directors for the McLennan County Young Lawyers Association and Fuzzy Friends Rescue.
