Bashara is board certified in family law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is licensed to practice in Texas state courts as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Western and Southern Districts of Texas. He founded his law practice in 2007 and currently operates Bashara Schwartz, PLLC in San Antonio. He is a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation and has previously served as President of the San Antonio Family Law Association.
