His practice spans civil and criminal litigation, appellate work, administrative proceedings, tribal court practice, and family law matters including divorce, child custody, and spousal support. He holds a B.A. from UC San Diego, a J.D. from UC Davis School of Law, and an Ed.D. from the University of Southern California, and has been licensed to practice law in California since 2003.
