Carie Silvestri has practiced family law in North Texas since graduating from SMU Law School in 1999. She focuses on collaborative divorce and mediation, having completed collaborative law training in 2004 and mediation training in 2007. In 2018 she completed the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School's Harvard Negotiation Institute 'Mediating Disputes' mediation training. Earlier in her career she litigated complex family law cases involving child custody and property disputes before shifting her practice toward non-adversarial dispute resolution.
