Anna Cathleen Howard grew up in San Diego and Los Angeles, earned her B.A. from USC, and attended University of San Diego School of Law, where she clerked for Federal Judge Michael Anello and worked with the Public Defender's office. She practiced securities transactions and assisted-reproduction law before founding her own firm. She now handles family law (divorce, custody, support, prenups, mediation), family building (adoption, surrogacy, donation contracts), estate planning, and probate/trust administration.
