Amy A. Banks is the owner of Banks & Banks Attorneys at Law P.C. and is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She earned her Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2009 (Dean's Scholarship Recipient) and a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Political Science & English from Austin College in 2003. Before focusing on family law, she served as a criminal defense attorney for the Brazos County Drug Court (2012-2014) and worked as a Brazos County Adult Probation Officer (2005-2006).
